Booking terms
Production draft. Final commercial terms must be owner-approved before paid bookings open.
Booking formation
The final production terms should make clear when a booking becomes accepted and when a binding contract is formed, including any confirmation email or message.
Prices and additional charges
The customer should see the applicable price, or the basis on which a final quote will be confirmed, before committing. Any travel or other mandatory charges must be disclosed before checkout.
Cancellation and changes
The final policy must be consistent with applicable UK consumer rights and must explain any contractual cancellation/rescheduling rules separately from statutory rights.
Starting services within a statutory cancellation period
Where applicable, the live checkout may need an appropriate customer request/acknowledgement if the customer asks CUTIVO to begin or fully perform a service before a statutory cancellation period has expired. This must be legally reviewed before activation.
Colour services
Certain colour services may remain subject to consultation, hair history, suitability and any product-specific testing requirements before the service is finally confirmed.
Customer location and access
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate service address and reasonable access to the location. Practical setup requirements should be confirmed for the booked service.
