Privacy notice
Production draft. Business identity/contact details and final processors must be inserted before live personal-data collection.
Information CUTIVO may collect
Booking details may include name, contact details, postcode and service address, appointment details, selected services, notes supplied by the customer and optional inspiration images.
Why it is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, validate service coverage, arrange and deliver appointments, administer payments where enabled, communicate about bookings, keep necessary business records and meet legal obligations.
Marketing
Marketing messages should be kept separate from service communications. Where consent is required, marketing must not be treated as a condition of booking.
Sharing
Personal information should only be shared with providers needed to run the service — for example hosting, booking, communications and payment providers — and only once those providers are actually configured and documented.
Retention and rights
The final notice must state practical retention periods and explain applicable UK data-protection rights and how to exercise them.
